erepio is a regional workforce platform built to close the gap between what schools teach, what employers need, and where students want to go. We started in Southwest Indiana. We're building for everywhere the gap exists.

This didn't start with a software idea.
It started with a challenge our region was ready to solve.
As Indiana continues to elevate work-based learning as a core part of student success, schools need better ways to manage experiences at scale, employers need a clearer way to engage, and students need stronger visibility into real opportunities.
We built erepio because this work matters - and because the right tools can make it easier to connect education, industry, and future talent. We’re still building it with schools, employers, and students at every step.
