The problem isn't regional.
Neither is the solution.

Across the country, schools, employers, and students are all working toward the same goal — creating clearer pathways between education and career opportunities. erepio was built in Indiana to help communities connect those efforts through one shared platform designed for collaboration, workforce alignment, and long-term impact.

Three phases. One platform. From first opportunity to lifelong career growth.

This didn't start with a software idea.
It started with a real problem.

The Origin

Schools were juggling systems that didn't talk to each other. Employers were fielding dozens of disconnected asks with no clear way to engage. Students didn't know how their skills translated to real jobs. And nobody had the full picture.

The Moment of Clarity

Indiana's new diploma requirements changed everything. Suddenly, every high school in the state needed a way to track work-based learning hours, verify experiences, and connect students to employers — at scale. There was no system for it. So we built one.

What We Heard From the Field:
1

"We can't keep up with the tracking."

Schools needed one system before new diploma requirements buried them in paperwork.

2

"We want to help — just make it easy."

Employers were willing, but inconsistent asks and zero coordination made it hard to say yes.

3

"Students don't know what's out there."

Without visibility into real opportunities, students were guessing at careers instead of exploring them.

4

"Nobody has the full picture."

Regions everywhere are making talent decisions without real data. erepio changes that.

Phase 1 - Live Now • erepio learn

One Platform. Real Pathways. Measurable Impact.

Schools are being asked to prepare students for a rapidly changing workforce. Employers want stronger talent pipelines. Students need clearer pathways into careers. erepio brings all three together in one connected platform — simplifying work-based learning, employer engagement, career readiness, and student tracking through real-time data and shared collaboration tools built for the future.

School & WBL management

Track hours, manage placements, meet diploma requirements — one system instead of five.

Students build a verified record of skills and experiences from day one of high school.

Phase 2 - In development • erepio work

Skills first. Culture fit second.
Job titles last.

Too much talent gets overlooked by traditional hiring filters. erepio work helps employers discover candidates through verified skills, certifications, credentials, and real-world experience — not just job titles or resumes. The result is a stronger talent pipeline, smarter hiring decisions, and more opportunity staying local.

Skills-first matching

Candidates surface based on what they can do — not what their last job title was. Better matches. Bigger pool.

Verified skills shift the conversation from “Can they do the job?” to “Are they the right fit for the team?”

Culture-fit hiring

The shift: When you stop filtering by job title, overlooked workers — career changers, recent grads, non-traditional candidates — become visible. Employers who hire for skills and culture don't just fill roles. They build teams that stay.

Verified credentials

Verified certifications, work-based learning experiences, and real-world readiness are already built into erepio — so employers can hire based on proven capability, not resume theater.

Every connection made through erepio strengthens Indiana’s workforce future — helping employers find talent faster, communities retain skilled workers longer, and opportunity stay closer to home.
